STL Transformers are made under a stringent stagewise QA
plan covering incoming area, production stages and final despatches
using state of the art production and testing facilities. STL possesses
a team of qualified and experienced professionals to augment all
activities and has an infrastructure and testing facility to
manufacture and test transformers up to 33 KV Class and 2 MVA capacity
in oil cooled. STL also manufactures and tests Dry Type Transformers up
to 1 MVA, 33KV Class as per IS 1171.
Presently, STL has a manufacturing capacity of 200 MVA,
with DRY TYPE & FURANACE TRANSFORMERS in its product range. Further
capacity expansion is on the anvil. The transformers are type test
certified for Temp. Rise, Lightning Impulse Voltage withstand test and
short circuit withstand test. These tests have been carried out at ERDA
and CPRI.
Fittings:
Silica Gel Breather, Pressure Release Valve*, Cable Box/Bare Bushing on
HV and Cable Box/ Bus Duct on LV, WTI*, OTI*, MOG*, Off Load Tap
Changer, Fin type Radiators, Lifting Lugs, Mounting Channels and
Wheels, Rating and Diagram plate,etc.
STL also has 3 PHASE DRY TYPE
TRANSFORMER in its product range. STL has manufactured upto 200 KVA 3
PHASE DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER and has the infrastructure to manufacture
and test 3 PHASE DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER upto 1 MVA, 11KV Class.
